All merchandise shall be shipped by USPS and generally takes 5-7 business
days for delivery.
Weekend orders will be processed on the following business day.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Return Policy
Pastiche.us.com will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to fill out the Return Form which is enclosed with your order and mail it back with the goods you want to exchange or return. Once we receive your paperwork and returned goods, we will ship your replacement free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the original credit card depending on your preference. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return goods to Pastiche.us.com
General Disclaimer
The garments sold at pastiche.us.com are handmade from India’s textile crafts. Irregularities in weaving, block printing or embroidery are a characteristic of the process and beyond our control. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
Color Disclaimer
Pastiche.us.com believes that all patrons are aware of the color variation displayed on the web site as compared to the actual products caused due to reflection of light under different settings. We try our best but it is not fully possible to show the exact color of the item.
Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing details to select the size best suited for you.
Wash Care
It is recommended that all products on Pastiche.us.com be hand washed for best results. Silk fabrics must be dry cleaned only.
